They may or may not be used in private ponds or lakes, depending on your state laws.The responsibility to obtain a permit or license to apply any of these products to your water body lies solely with you, the purchaser, or theperson(s) applying these products. Clean-Flo International assumes no responsibility for the use, misuse or mishandling of any of these products other than what is explicitly stated on Clean-Flo International’s web site, in Clean-Flo International’s literature or on our product labels.Since extensive testing of the water has not been done, nor do we know what has been put into the water before or after the application of these products, or what unknown influents or natural events may have affected the water, Clean-Flo can assume no responsibility for the results from the use of any of these products.
