Over the years, our customers have consistently told others about how
effectively our systems and products perform. As a result, we are implementing
this Customer Referral Program to reward this loyalty and to express our
appreciation for being a customer.
Here is how it works. If you refer someone
to CLEAN-FLO that becomes a customer, we will issue a credit voucher to
you for 5% of their purchase. This voucher can then be used by you for
discounts on future purchases of systems, components, maintenance supplies,
bacteria, enzymes, dye or any other product we sell. In fact, it is possible
to get your products for free. For example, if you refer a new customer
that purchases an inversion system for $3,000, you will receive a credit
voucher for $150. Then, if you place an order for $200, you will receive
your order for $50.
The program will be available
for all customers. There are only a few rules to help us administer the
program effectively and accurately, and if these rules are not followed,
credit vouchers will not be awarded.
Here are the rules:
• All referrals must be received by CLEAN-FLO in writing by mail,
fax or email (info@clean-flo.com). The bottom of this form can be used
to contact us via mail or fax and a form is also available on our website
for you convenience.
• Your contact information as well as your referral’s contact
information is required.
• Referrals must be received prior to or at the time of the order.
Any referral information received after an order is placed will not be
considered.
• Credit vouchers can be used for new product purchases only, and
will expire 36 months after the date of issue.
